I have a contract with Cigna (Wildflower) for lactation care.

All medicaid plans will be on a sliding scale effective 9/15.
To see if your insurance plan is covered, fill out the contact form and I will get back to you regarding accepted plans. If your insurance plan is not covered or you receive a denial, You will need to cash pay and you will need to submit for reimbursement.
A deposit will be required for all cash services.

For most plans we will be requiring payment at time of service, and you will be provided with a Superbill that you will need to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
